Great post, as always! We didn't pack light on our last trip, as it was by (electric) car. I was quite nervous about this new experience (Would we find enough charging stations? Would they be working?) so did what I generally fall back on: extensive planning and preparation. And I was able to keep writing my own newsletter while on the road; documenting our trip gave it more meaning and value, and made me feel like there were others following our travels on a potentially bumpy road and wishing us success!
What a gift this was, Ashley! Thank you for being so true to yourself in this. I could really feel for that kid! Your descriptions are rich and give me a true sense of your experiences. And I sooooo relate to the one who overpacks and envy those who know how to travel with those tiny little suitcases! That made me laugh so much.
What a wonderful read over coffee while I’m traveling! The tips are great. My go to is always maintaining the exercise routine after coffee wherever I am and however I can. With that, off to a brisk, long walk ❤️
