Clouds Form Over Land has been arriving in inboxes for one whole year!
This effort started as an empty bucket and has grown to nearly 300 readers. Thank you for being here.
I’m in the home stretch of moving onto land. A time filled with U-Hauls, cardboard, measuring tapes, sweat, friends, and family.
The past couple of weeks have been a total immersion of what’s right in front of me. I sat down to write this earlier today, threw in the towel, and went for a hike along the James River. I was surprised to see that passion flower is in bloom, a short window I last experienced in Bocas del Toro, Panama.
To celebrate this newsletter’s birthday, I’m sharing some of my favorite posts:
How-tos: Tepache, Kombucha, Rag Rugs, Yogurt, and The Guest Bedroom Quilt.
And anything related to getting unstuck or just sticking to it: walking every aisle of Home Depot, short circuiting, checking the diesel, or my tried and true loop: Clear- Move - Clean - Create.
Cya next week!
Happy Birthday. What a journey
